After a decade as an in-demand, behind the scenes L.A. studio cat who programmed arranged and played in countless TV and video projects, master guitarist/sythesist Eric Byak is back in the concert scene. Eric can now be found center stage as the creative force in QUANTUM ENERGY and his new CD “The Thorns of Barcelona” takes his abilities to a whole new higher vibration. Soon to be released, the album is a stylish fusion of smooth jazz and funk/rock elements. Each track on all the instrumental CD features Eric's seductive guitar work seamlessly interwoven with classic jazz, breezy funk, and sensuous Brazilian rhythms.

BART G. BROADNAX
Born in Portsmouth, Virginia, Bart G. Broadnax received his formal music education at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia, and at Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia. His principal instrument of study was electric bass, but he also studied acoustic bass, piano and guitar. A veteran of 25+ years, Bart has used his talents to support such acts as Joe Williams, Eddie “Lockjaw” Davis, Rob Mullins, Lee Greenwood, “Ndugu” Chancler, Gene Anderson (Parliament/Funkadelic), Al Jarreau, Mel Tillis, Marlena Shaw, Ray Sawyer (Dr. Hook), Barbara McNair, Robert Goulet, and Sister Sledge. Ensembles that featured Bart on bass have opened for B. B. King, Junior Wells, Rick Springfield, the Pointer Sisters, Three Dog Night, Rick Braun, Macy Gray, Ronnie Laws, Eddie Money, Nelson, and George Benson. His experience has taken him to musical venues such as the Lincoln Center in New York, New York, Hollywood Bowl in Hollywood California, the House of Blues venues in Los Angeles and in Anaheim, California, B.B. King’s in Universal City, California, Concerts by the Sea in Redondo Beach, California, the Coach House in San Juan Capistrano, Bart recently was the bassist for the supporting trio on the pilot installment of Orley After Dark, an hour-long television talk show produced in Los Angeles. Other television appearances include the shows Heart to Heart and Talk of the Town, both variety shows produced in Long Beach, CA. He has also performed on recording dates for artists signed by Motown Records, Island Records, and various independent labels, as well as producing and recording his own music projects. Bart is also the music director of the worship band at Pacific Church of Irvine, California.
Brad Vinikow began playing piano when he was 9 years old. Today, comfortable with a wide range of musical styles on
both acoustic piano and digital keyboards, Brad most enjoys playing jazz, blues and funk. As both a solo artist and group member, Brad has performed and recorded around the world including England, Germany, Slovenia, Serbia, Italy and Japan.
As a music industry consultant and studio musician he has worked with such notable artists as Quincy Jones, Michael Jackson, Dave Grusin, Chick Corea and Barry Manilow among many others.
Playing drums since the age of five, Raymond has cultivated his style under the tutelage of some of the finest drummers of our time, including Bill Thomas, Peter Erskine, Chuck Flores, and the renowned guru Freddie Gruber. Fluent in many styles of music, he has performed with some of the brightest stars in the entertainment world such as Donna Summer, Phil Woods, Dave Carpenter, Ross Thomkins, and Albert Wing, and opened for musical luminaries Duke Ellington, The Righteous Brothers, Sammy Davis Jr., Flash Cadillac, and Errol Garner.
Whether he is playing to hundreds of people in a club or with fellow musicians in the studio, Raymond Genovese lays down a groove that encourages his musicians to utilize their most creative ideas, and sends a clear message to the audience that they are witnessing something very special.
